Alea Martin Schloh

Dr. Martin Schloh

After completing his doctorate in chemistry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, M.A., Dr. Martin Schloh worked at Bayer AG and then at Bayer Pharma in research & development as well as marketing for eight years. Subsequently, he has been active as partner and consultant with focus on pharmaceuticals and healthcare for various consultancies, such as:

  • Roland Berger Strategy Consultants,
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers,
  • A.T. Kearney und
  • Oliver Wyman.
In this role Martin Schloh developed market entry strategies and business and cooperation models for many companies in various international markets. He was responsible for numerous commercial due diligence projects in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, OTC, medical technology, clinics, nursing homes, and health IT.

Dr. Martin Schloh is vice president of the German-Chinese Society for Medicine.

Georg Salm-Reifferscheidt-Raitz completed his business studies in Vienna, and has gained a great deal of experience during his professional career in various management positions at well-known pharmaceuticals and healthcare companies:

  • Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) and AstraZeneca in marketing and sales management,
  • in marketing with Serono and as business manager with Biogen, at market entry first in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, subsequently in the international headquarters in Paris for global marketing with focus on Europe.
  • CEO for the Wockhardt Group (Esparma) in Germany, Russia, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), the CIS countries, Central Asia and India, as well as for the Lupin Group (Hormosan) in Germany,
  • consultant, business developer, and interim manager for several pharmaceutical and medical technology companies.
Georg Salm-Reifferscheidt-Raitz's focus during his national and international activities has been on growth, profitability, sales and turnaround as well as portfolio strategies, and export. He had the responsibility for implementing these in Germany and in other important markets in the EU, Russia, Central Asia and India.
